Founder and Senior Consultant Since 2016

Michelle brings more than 25 years of experience in software development and business systems design. A qualified Financial Adviser, she built one of the early cloud platforms for mortgage brokers, adopted by more than 1,200 UK firms and later acquired by Aussie Home Loans.

She has delivered complex projects for Billabong and national and international businesses, and is the architect behind Builders Excellence, ZERP, BILLIO Professional and MAW Extensions.

Craig Colbran

Founder and Senior Consultant Since 2016

With more than 25 years of industry experience, Craig combines accounting expertise with systems knowledge to help businesses implement Zoho and connect their financial processes.

Having served as CFO for major retail brands, he brings specialist knowledge in omni-channel reconciliation and inventory management. He has guided hundreds of builders into systems that deliver accurate job budgets, estimates, schedules and financial control.

Tom Ransley

UK Consultant and Senior Business Analyst Since 2021

With over 20 years of experience across construction, contracting, transportation, clean energy, and other project-driven industries, Tom brings a strong combination of commercial, operational, and technology expertise. He has extensive experience using Zoho to transform business processes, from CRM and sales through to project management, estimating, procurement, inventory, finance, and manufacturing. Having worked both as an industry professional and an ERP implementation specialist, he understands the practical challenges businesses face and focuses on delivering solutions that are intuitive, integrated, and built around the way people actually work.
